1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lucky Duck Gaming LLC (“Sponsor”), 
2727 E Anaheim St #4292 , Long Beach, CA 90804



2. Eligibility

 The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least
eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state
of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). The Sponsor, their
respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and stepparents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void in Puerto Rico, USA territories or where prohibited or restricted by law.



3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins August 01, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.         The Sponsor may additionally announce one-day giveaways throughout the Sweepstakes Period. One-day giveaways will begin at 12:00 AM PT and end at 11:59 PM PT. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes



4. How to Enter

A. Free Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, participants may:

  • Mail one (1) handwritten 3” x 5” card with full name, address, email, and phone number to:

Limit: One (1) free entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes



B. Entry via Merchandise Purchase

Participants may receive entries when purchasing eligible merchandise from Lucky Duck Gaming.

  • Each product will clearly state the number of entries included

  • Example: “Buy these stickers = 1 entry”



C. Bonus Entries (Non-Purchase Methods)

Participants may also earn entries by:

  • Following social media accounts (instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Referring friends

  • Completing promotional actions listed on the entry page

Entry values and limits will be displayed on the official platform.



5. Entry Limits

  • AMOE: 1 entry total per person

  • Purchase & bonus entries: subject to limits stated per promotion

Use of multiple identities or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.



6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Nintendo Switch 2 Console
    ARV: $449.99

Sponsor may substitute prize of equal or greater value.



7. Odds of Winning

Depend on total number of eligible entries received.



8. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Random drawing within 7 days after end

  • Winner contacted via email and/or social media

Failure to respond within 7-10 days may result in forfeiture and alternate selection.



9. Anti-Cheat & Fair Play Policy

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Bots, automation, or scripts

  • Fake accounts or identities

  • Fraudulent referrals

  • Chargebacks or purchase fraud

  • Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the system

Violations will result in disqualification and potential ban from future promotions.

Sponsor reserves full discretion to audit entries.



10. Refund and Return Policy

Except as required by applicable law, all sales of merchandise associated with this Sweepstakes are final.

Lucky Duck Gaming does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for merchandise purchases, except in cases where an item is received damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was shipped.

Customers must notify Lucky Duck Gaming of any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise within 14 days of delivery and may be required to provide photographs or other reasonable documentation to verify the issue. Upon verification, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, replace the item, exchange the item, or issue a refund.

If a merchandise purchase is canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed for any reason, any Sweepstakes entries associated with that transaction will be void and removed from the Sweepstakes. If a prize winner’s qualifying purchase is later refunded or subject to a successful chargeback, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner, to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to deny refunds or returns that are fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Nothing in this Refund and Return Policy limits any rights or remedies provided to consumers under applicable federal, state, or local law.




11. Claiming Prize

Winner may be required to sign:

  • Affidavit of Eligibility

  • Liability/Publicity Release

Non-compliance = forfeiture.



12. Taxes

Winner responsible for all applicable taxes. A 1099-MISC may be issued.



13. Publicity

Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name, handle, and likeness for promotion (where legal).



14. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if necessary.



15. Liability Limitations

Sponsor not responsible for:

  • Lost/delayed entries

  • Technical issues

  • Unauthorized interference



16. Governing Law

California law governs. Disputes handled individually in California courts.



17. Winner List
